Rescue Squad - These are calls for the volunteer Rescue Squad such as vehicel accidents, searches, water rescue, etc. City Fire - These are fire calls in the city of Greeneville. County Fire - These are fire calls that are outside the city of Greeneville. P/D TSFER - These are calls that come into the 911 center that are transfered to the Greeneville Police Department. S/O TSFER - These are calls that come into the 911 center that are transfered to the Greene County Sheriffs Office. Misc. TSFER - These are call that come into the 911 center that are transfered to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, Poison Control Center, etc. ABDN - These are calls that come into the 911 center & the callers hang up before talking to the dispatcher. Alarm - These are a combination of fire & medical alarms that come into the 911 center via various alarm companies. Greene County 911 does not handle burglar alarms. Misc. - These are various duties performed by the 911 dispatcher such as pages various EMS, Rescue Squad personnel or offers assistance to the public such as calling wrecker services, etc.
